SRINAGAR: According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, to carry out emergency stabilisation work by ED-Baramulla, the shutdown of the 33KV Sheeri Baramulla-1st shall be observed, affecting power supply to Baramulla Main Town, DC Office, Kanlibagh, Sangri, and adjoining areas from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM on March 8, 2025. Receiving stations at Baramulla-1st and Kanlibagh will remain off.

Similarly, for replacing existing wooden damaged poles with new ST Poles, the 33KV Nihalpora Pattan-Amargarh line will undergo a shutdown, impacting power supply to Pattan, Zangam, Burn, Nihalpora, Pattan Hospital, Palhalan, Hamray, Wanigam, and adjoining areas from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM on March 10, 2025. Receiving stations at Pattan, Palhalan, and Hamray will remain off.
Additionally, to facilitate the completion of pending works at Receiving Station Dhobiwan, the 33/11KV Receiving Station Dhobiwan will remain off, affecting power supply to Lalpora-B, Hardaboora, Tarhama, and adjoining areas from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM on March 8, 2025.
Furthermore, for dismantling an old damaged four-pole tower near Aiwa Bridge, the 33KV Wanganpora-Soura line will be shut down, impacting Soura, Zoonimar, Nowshera, portions of 90-ft road, and adjoining areas from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on March 8, 2025. Receiving stations at Soura and Zoonimar will remain off.
Moreover, to facilitate SMDB installation and pole erection for isolators, the 33KV Alusteng-Nagbal line will remain shut, affecting power supply to Shuhama, Bakura, Darend, Nagbal, Fatehpora, Gadoora, Tulbagh, and Chundina from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM on March 9, 2025. Receiving stations at Alasteng, Nagbal, Gadoora, and Tullbagh will remain off.
Additionally, the 33KV Kangan-Wussan line will be shut down, impacting Wussan, Preng, Manigam, and Haripora areas from 10:30 AM to 01:30 PM on March 9, 2025. The 33/11KV Receiving Station at Wussan will remain off.
