RINAGAR: A youth died under mysterious circumstances in the Bagi Sechloo area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday, police said.

A police source said that a youth, a resident of Bagi Sechloo, was shifted to District Hospital (DH) Kulgam after being found unconscious. However, he was declared dead on arrival at the facility.
The body of the deceased youth was handed over to his family. Meanwhile, a case has been registered. (JKNS
