SRINAGAR: Waqf Board Chairperson Darakhshan Andrabi on Saturday said that all arrangements have been finalised to ensure the smooth conduct of Eid-ul-Fitr prayers across Kashmir, with the largest congregation anticipated at Dargah Hazratbal in Srinagar.

Speaking to media persons in Srinagar, Andrabi said that all necessary preparations have been made to facilitate devotees at major shrines and mosques.
She highlighted the significant turnout expected at religious sites and praised the efforts of Waqf employees in making the arrangements. “We hope the weather remains favourable for the celebrations,” she added.
When questioned about the possibility of Eid prayers at the historic Eidgah, Dr Andrabi clarified, “We are fully prepared in terms of arrangements, but the final decision on whether prayers will be held at Eidgah lies with the administration.” (JKNS)
