SRINAGAR: A 33-year-old man sustained critical injuries in a scuffle between two groups near the Walnut Factory in Khanyar area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Thursday evening.

An official said that the injured has been identified as Asif Ali Rishi, a resident of Naqashpora Chowk, Srinagar. The victim was injured after an altercation between two groups that later turned into a scuffle, he said.
“He was brought to SMHS Hospital in a critical condition and is currently under treatment,” he said.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and a case has been registered. Further investigation is underway. (JKNS)
