The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an important corrigendum revising the schedule for submitting Inter School Migration and Eligibility cum Registration forms for students of Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th.

The updated notification supersedes the earlier deadline of August 10, 2025, set under notification reference F (ASR/Mig/Elig-Online/Ext/B/2025), dated 31-07-2025. The revised schedule and procedures apply to both Category I (Inter School Migration) and Category II (Eligibility cum Migration) applications.

Updated Schedule and Fee Details

Category I: Inter School Migration

Purpose:
Transfer of students within the district, across districts, or between divisions for Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th.

  • Opening Date for Online Submission: August 1, 2025
  • Closing Date for Online Submission: August 9, 2025
  • Total Fee: ₹835 per candidate (includes prescribed fee, 3rd count fee, and token fine)
  • Last Date for Fee Payment & Document Verification: August 11, 2025

Category II: Eligibility cum Registration (Migration from Other Boards)

Purpose:
Registration of students migrating from other recognized educational boards in India to JKBOSE for Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th.

  • Opening Date for Online Submission: August 1, 2025
  • Closing Date for Online Submission: August 9, 2025
  • Total Fee: ₹2450 per candidate
  • Last Date for Fee Payment & Document Verification: August 11, 2025

  • All students and affiliated schools must follow the revised timeline without exception.
  • Timely payment of fees and physical verification of documents are mandatory. Late submissions or incomplete verifications will lead to rejection of applications.
