Positions are open for both reserved category applicants from the Union Territory of Ladakh and unreserved category candidates from Jammu and Kashmir.
Vacancy Details
One post of Management Executive (Accounts and Finance) is available for candidates from the Scheduled Tribe category with domicile in Ladakh. This role offers a pay scale of ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 under the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay structure. Eligible applicants must be Chartered Accountants, Cost and Management Accountants, or hold a full-time MBA or postgraduate qualification in Finance with at least 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized institution. A minimum of five years of post-qualification executive experience is also required.
One post of Executive Assistant (Accounts and Finance) is open to Scheduled Tribe candidates from Ladakh, with a pay scale of ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000. The qualification criteria are the same as for the Management Executive role, although no prior work experience is specified.
Three posts of Executive Assistant (Accounts and Finance) are available for unreserved category candidates, also offering a pay scale of ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000. One post of Executive Assistant (Human Resources) is available for unreserved candidates. This role, with the same pay scale of ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000, requires an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations with at least 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized institution or university.
Eligibility Criteria
The maximum age limit for applicants is 32 years as of June 30, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories, with up to five years for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates and up to three years for Other Backward Class candidates, as per government norms.

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for a written examination and/or interview. No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending the selection process, except for SC and ST candidates in accordance with government rules.
Important Notes
Candidates from the Union Territory of Ladakh are eligible to apply only for the Management Executive and Executive Assistant (Accounts and Finance) positions reserved for their category. Applications submitted without proper documentation or received after the deadline will be rejected.
