: GMC Srinagar Announces Junior Resident Written Exam Results 2025 – Check Selection & Reporting Details: Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar has officially released the results for the written examination conducted on May 14, 2025, for the selection and engagement of candidates as Junior Residents (House Surgeons).
Examination and Answer Key Details:
The examination was held on May 14, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Following the exam, the solved question paper and answer key, as prepared by the paper setter, were published through Notification No. 14-EC of 2025 dated 14.05.2025. Candidates were invited to submit any objections to the answer key along with documentary proof and a fee of Rs. 300/- by May 16, 2025 (04:00 PM).
However, no objections or representations were received within the stipulated deadline. Consequently, the previously notified answer key has been deemed final, and no further claims will be entertained.
Result Declaration:
Based on the evaluation as per the final answer key, the results of the written examination have been declared. The final result list is provided in Annexure-A, while the selection and wait list of candidates is included in Annexure-B of the official notification.
Instructions for Selected Candidates:
Candidates whose names appear in the selection list (Annexure-B) are required to report to the Office of the Registrar Academics, GMC Srinagar, within seven (07) days from the date of this notification. The following documents must be submitted for verification and further processing through the Employee Verification System (EVS):
- Colored printout of the application form
- Photocopies of all uploaded certificates
- Original affidavit
- All original certificates for physical verification
Note: Failure to report within the given timeframe will result in cancellation of the candidate’s selection without any further notice.
