Jammu and Kashmir Revises Working Days and Timings for Medical and Dental Colleges

The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued a new order (No. 892-JK(HME) of 2024, dated 21.12.2024) revising the working days and duty timings for government medical and dental colleges in the region.

According to the updated schedule, the institutions will operate from Monday to Saturday, with duty hours set from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. These changes will be effective from 1st December 2024 to 28th/29th February 2025, replacing the previous order (No. 272-JK(HME) of 2024).

The revision aims to enhance operational efficiency and streamline functioning across these medical institutions.
