Reporting Time: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Venue: BOPEE Offices in Jammu/Srinagar
Eligibility and Procedure
- Who Can Participate?
- Candidates who did not secure a seat in previous rounds or opted for CNA/SNA.
- First-time participants (must pay a non-refundable counselling fee of ₹2000 via POS machines at BOPEE offices).
- Who Cannot Participate?
- Candidates who already secured a seat in earlier rounds.
- Non-Domicile Candidates:
- If the seat remains vacant after counselling J&K candidates, non-domicile candidates will be considered based on merit and eligibility.
- Non-domicile candidates must email their applications to coejakbopee@gmail.com by 18th December 2024 along with the following documents:
- Resident certificate
- Date of birth certificate
- 10+2 certificate
- NEET scorecard
- Reserve category certificate (if applicable)

- The seat matrix will be available on the official website one day before the counselling session.
