JKBOPEE Provisional Selection List for 12th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses – 2024

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the Provisional Selection List for admission to 12th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses – 2024, following the first round of physical counseling. This process took place from 9th to 14th October 2024, across BOPEE offices in Jammu and Srinagar. The selected candidates have been provisionally allotted seats in various Government and Private colleges/institutions across the Union Territories (UT) of J&K and Ladakh. Important Dates and Instructions for Selected Candidates

Candidates who have been provisionally selected must report to their allotted colleges or institutions by 21st October 2024 (before 3:00 PM) with the required original documents. The respective college authorities will verify the documents and complete the admission process. Below are the documents that need to be submitted:

Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K or Ladakh (ST Certificate for candidates from Ladakh will be treated as Domicile Certificate).

Class 12th Marks Card.

Valid Category Certificate (if applicable).

Date of Birth Certificate.

Any additional documents required by the college as per its rules.

Important Advisory for Institutions and Candidates

1. Admission Counters: Heads of institutions are advised to keep admission counters open even on holidays to facilitate the timely admission of students.
2. Penalty for Concealing Information: If any candidate conceals information during admission, their candidature will be canceled immediately, and a fine or penalty may be imposed as per the Board’s regulations.
3. Seat Allotment Criteria: Seats have been allotted following S.O. 176 of 2024 (dated 15th March 2024) and S.O. 305 (dated 21st May 2024) issued by the Social Welfare Department of J&K.
4. Verification of Category Certificates: Institutions must ensure the authenticity of Category Certificates for admissions under reserved categories. For candidates with disabilities, their eligibility must align with the guidelines of the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and the Paramedical/Nursing Council of J&K. Any discrepancies in eligibility should be referred to the Medical Board for assessment.
5. Fee Queries: Candidates are advised to contact their respective colleges for any queries related to fees.
6. Admission Records and Shortfall Reporting: Institutions must maintain records of all admissions and report any shortfall of candidates to the Board by 21st October 2024 (4:30 PM) through email at coejakbopee@gmail.com or helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com.
7. Other Terms and Conditions: All other terms and conditions remain the same as outlined in the Information Brochure and other notifications issued by the Board.
