1. First of all you go to the website of PM Awas Yojana https://pmaymis.gov.in/.
2. After this, under Search Beneficiary on the home page, click on Search By Name.
3. Now a new page will open on your screen, here you enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number.
4. After this click on the Show button. After this the list of beneficiaries will open.
5. If the application is accepted, then you will see your name here.

1. For this, first you have to go to this link https://awaassoft.nic.in/netiay/AdvanceSearch.aspx.
2. Now you fill all the information asked here.
3. Here you have to click on Search after filling your information like state, district, block etc.
4. After this the list of PM Awas Yojana Gramin will open in front of you.
5. If your application has been accepted, then your name will be in this list.

Assessment ID: An Assessment ID is a unique number that is provided to each applicant while submitting the PMAY application to track the applicant’s application status. An applicant can use a Diagnostic ID which will be sent to the applicant in the form of an application.
Personal Details: An applicant can also use his/her personal details to track the progress of his/her application. An applicant has to fill personal details such as – Applicant Name, Registered Phone Number, Applicant’s Father Name, State Name, District Name and City Name.
The applicant can choose one of the two options to track the status of his/her application as per his/her convenience.

Setting PMAY application status through ‘Assessment ID’ is an easy way to check the progress of the application. Follow the steps given below:
Step 1 Visit the official website of PMAY.
Step 2 Go to the ‘Citizen Assessment’ option on the taskbar.
Step 3 As soon as you click on the ‘Citizen Assessment’ option, you will get the option of ‘Track Assessment Status’ at the bottom of the drop down menu.
Step 4 Click on the button ‘Track Assessment Status’ and ‘Assessment ID’.
Step 5 Enter your Diagnostic ID and your registered phone number.
Step 6: PMAY application will be sent to you.
Track the status of your PMAY application through personal details.

Step 3 As soon as you click on ‘Citizen Assessment’. A menu will open where you should go to the ‘Track Your Assessment Status’ option.

How to Check PMAY Application Status Offline?
An applicant can also check the status of his PMAY application offline as per his convenience. To track PMAY application status offline, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit your nearest Common Service Center (CSC) and ask the officer in charge.
Step 2: Ask for the relevant form and provide the required details like – Assessment ID, Applicant Name, Registered Phone Number, Applicant Father’s Name etc.
Step 3: Submit the form for further action.
