Seniority List of Senior Stenographers of Heads of Departments/Offices as of 01.01.2025
In reference to Notification No. GAD-EST8/33/2021-07-GAD dated 29.09.2023, a tentative seniority list of Senior Stenographers of Heads of Departments/Offices as of 01.01.2023 was issued.
To finalize the seniority list of Section Officers/Senior Stenographers of the HoD cadre, a review meeting was held on 20.03.2024, involving officers from the relevant Administrative Departments and Heads of Departments. During the meeting, observations and clarifications highlighted in the agenda note were discussed, with instructions issued to the concerned officers to provide the required information promptly.

Despite reminders through official communications and a follow-up meeting held on 20.03.2024, the necessary information, as requested in letters and office memoranda dated 03.10.2023, was not received from the respective departments/offices.
Subsequently, a letter dated 18.04.2024 was issued to the concerned departments seeking the required information regarding cases with observed deficiencies. A timeline of seven days was provided to submit the information.
Meanwhile, new cases pertaining to Senior Stenographers of the Heads of Departments cadre have been received for consideration and inclusion in the seniority list.
This notice serves as a continuation of the process to finalize the tentative seniority list while addressing observed gaps and incorporating new cases as required.
