(1) Document verification of provisionally shortlisted candidates for the post of Nursing Aid (G-I11) advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2023, dated 17.06.2023 on Academic Arrangement Basis.
In continuation to Notice No. SIMS 302 13 18 01/2023-7852-59, dated 26.09.2023 and No. SIMS 302 13 18 01/2023-7915-22, dated 06.10.2023, the following candidates who appeared in written examination held on 03.09.2023 for the post of Nursing Aid (G-III) advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2023, dated 17.06.2023 on Academic Arrangement Basis are hereby called upon to appear physically before the designated Document Verification Committee on 20.10.2023 at 10:00 AM in Room No. 2119, Administrative Block, SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar, for preliminary verification/scrutiny of their’ documents/certificates:
Candidates who fail to appear for document verification on the scheduled date shall forfeit their candidature for the post of Nursing Aid (G-III)
The provisional shortlist has been prepared on the basis of information provided by the candidates while submitting their online application forms and merit obtained by them in the written examination and is subject to further verification/scrutiny of documents/credentials/details filled in the application forms.
Candidates may note that deficiency, if any, with regard to the basic eligibility as prescribed in the advertisement notice found at any stage shall render him/her in-eligible for the post of Nursing Aid G-III and his/her candidature shall stand cancelled irrespective of the merit obtained by him/her in the written examination.
Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated/ tampered documents/testimonials . or making false, incorrect or suppressing material information shall render him/her liable for criminal prosecution. Alai canvassing/lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the Candidates.
