Important Instructions for Selected Candidates

Verification and Eligibility:

1. Document Verification: Selected candidates must provide all relevant original documents for verification. These include: Marks cards of qualifying examinations, domicile certificate, character and provisional certificates from the last attended institution (if applicable), a valid reserved category certificate (for those selected under reserved categories) valid up to September 12, 2024, and migration certificate (if required).
2. Eligibility Confirmation: The Departmental Admission Committee, headed by the department’s Head, will ensure that each candidate meets the minimum eligibility criteria.
3. Category Certificate Validity: Candidates with category certificates issued after the specified date (September 12, 2024) will not be considered eligible.

Winter Vacations in Kashmir Schools to Begin Post-Exams: DSEK

Additional Conditions:

• Submission of a duly filled eligibility-cum-registration/migration form along with the prescribed fee.
• Academic Clearance: Candidates who have completed their qualifying examinations from universities outside Kashmir Division or Jammu University must obtain clearance from the Academic Section.
• NOC for In-Service Candidates: Employed candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
