🌐 New Online Application System via OTR Portal
To enhance the registration process, UPSC has introduced the One-Time Registration (OTR) portal:
- The OTR profile must be created only once and can be used for all future UPSC exams.
- Candidates were required to complete their OTR before filling out the UPSC CSE 2025 application form.
- Those already registered could directly apply without repeating the registration process.
⚠️ Negative Marking Policy
- One-third (0.33) of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
- There is no penalty for unanswered questions.
