The Deputy Commissioner of Kathua has issued orders to shut down 25 stone crushers operating in the district within one week.
Whereas a meeting was held in the office of Deputy Commissioner Kathua on 06-07-2024 in which the working/functioning of Stone Crushers was reviewed besides finalizing some measures to streamline operation of Stone Crushers.
Whereas, a list of 25 number of Stone Crushers was prepared and placed before Deputy Commissioner who further instructed undersigned to issue order asking all such unit holders to stop operation and remove their structures in seven days positively.
Whereas, in the light of instructions passed by Deputy Commissioner Kathua, owners/proprietors of all below mentioned crusher units are hereby instructed to stop their operation and remove their structures in prescribed time limit failing which further action shall be initiated against them.
