Introduction

In reference to the Advertisement Notice No. 06 of 2023 dated 15-09-2023, applications were invited from eligible female candidates for 03 vacant posts of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) under the Poshan Project Barnoti. A total of 13 applications were received. However, as per the HR Policy, one application was rejected during scrutiny. Merit List and Select List Notification

The Merit List comprising 12 candidates and the Select List of 03 candidates for the Sangini (AWW) positions have been finalized and are published as Annexure-A and Annexure-B, respectively.

Important Notice for Grievances

Grievance/Objection Submission: Any grievances or objections can be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner Kathua under Clause XI of the HR Policy.
Submission Deadline: Within 10 days from the date of this notification (12-11-2024).
Finalization: After the grievance period, the selection shall be considered final. No objections will be entertained after the stipulated time.
