Terms and Conditions

1. Reporting:
   Appointees must report to the Project Officer, Wage Employment (Assistant Commissioner Development), Rajouri, within 21 days of the issuance of this order. Failure to report will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment as per Circular No: 08-JK (GAD) of 2019.
2. Required Documents:
   Appointees must produce the following original documents for verification upon joining:
   • Domicile Certificate
   • Date of Birth Certificate
   • Educational Qualification Certificates
   • Category Certificate (if applicable)
   • Physical Fitness Certificate
   The salary will only be released upon satisfactory verification of these documents.
3. Posting and Duties:
   The Project Officer will assign postings based on block requirements and suitability after verifying all documents.
4. Loan and Self-Employment Clause:
   If an appointee has availed a loan for self-employment, they must relinquish ownership of the business and repay the loan through EMIs deducted from their salary. An affidavit regarding relinquishment and recovery must be submitted and monitored by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO).
5. Certificate Authenticity:
   Appointments will be canceled immediately if any certificate is found to be fake or forged, and legal action may follow.
6. Seniority:
   Seniority will be regulated under the J&K Civil Services Rules, 1956, and will be based on the merit in the final JKSSB selection list.
7. Legal Conditions:
   Appointments are subject to the outcome of cases Q.A No. 1206/2024 (Jammu) and O.A No. 592/2024 (Srinagar), pending before the Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT).
8. Probation Period:
   Appointees will initially serve a probationary period of two years.
