JKSSB Final Selection List for Driver Posts 2025 :The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the final selection list for 298 posts, including Driver/Driver-I/Driver-II and Tractor Driver, advertised under multiple notifications from 2020 and 2021. These posts were designated for UT, Division, and District cadres with a category-wise vacancy breakdown: Open Merit (171), Scheduled Caste (37), Scheduled Tribe (16), and Others.
Highlights of the Selection Process
The selection process saw the deferral of one reserved post under the OSC (Other Social Castes) category for clarification. This position, advertised under the 2020 notification, has now been filled. Mr. Arjun Kumar, son of Suram Chand from Jammu, was selected with a score of 53.25 points. His eligibility was determined based on his educational qualifications (12th pass in 2015) and relevant documentation.

Conditions of the Selection
The JKSSB has clarified that the final selection is subject to:
- Pending Court Cases or Inquiries: The outcome of any ongoing legal cases or investigations may affect the final selection.
- Certificate Verification: All certificates submitted by candidates will be verified. Any false submissions will result in immediate cancellation of the selection.
- Formal Recommendation: A separate formal recommendation will be required from the concerned department before final appointments.
