SRINAGAR: A minor girl died after slipping into the river Jhelum in Baniyari Sharki village of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Friday.

An official said that a 10-year-old girl slipped into the river Jhelum in Baniyari Sharki village of Bandipora.
He said that soon after the incident, local residents and JK Police launched a rescue operation to retrieve the body.
