Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar has officially released the written exam notice for candidates who have applied for the tenure post of Senior Resident in various disciplines. The exam is scheduled to take place on March 5, 2025 (Wednesday), from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at GMC Srinagar.
Admit Card Release Date & Download Details
Candidates can download their admit cards/roll number slips from February 28, 2025, through their Registered User Accounts—the same portal used for submitting applications.
Only those candidates who have submitted a hard copy of their application forms and meet the eligibility criteria will have access to their admit cards.
Exam Day Guidelines
On the examination day (March 5, 2025), candidates must:
- Report to the exam center one hour before the scheduled time.
- Carry a colored printout of their admit card.
- Present a valid identity proof such as:
- Photo ID issued by a competent authority
- Driving License
- PAN Card/Aadhaar Card
Selection Process
Selection will be strictly based on merit obtained in the written examination. In case of a tie, preference will be given to the older candidate.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Electronic devices, mobile phones, and smartwatches are strictly prohibited inside the exam center.
- Candidates who have previously downloaded their admit cards must download a fresh version.
