SKUAST Jammu Recruitment 2025: Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST) Jammu has announced a fresh recruitment notification for the post of Contractual Teacher in the Division of Microbiology, Faculty of Basic Sciences. The position is being offered on an academic arrangement basis for the academic session 2025–26.

Salary:
- Rs. 35,000 per month for candidates with a Master’s degree
- Rs. 45,000 per month for candidates with a Ph.D.
Essential Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks from a recognized university
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Agriculture, or Horticulture
Key Terms and Conditions
- The engagement is purely contractual and temporary.
- The candidate will not have any legal claim for permanent appointment or absorption.
- If a candidate wishes to resign, one month’s notice is mandatory.
- The appointment is initially for the first semester of the 2025–26 session. It may be extended for one more semester based on performance, availability of funds, and requirement of faculty.
- Communication regarding the interview will be sent via email only.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- The university reserves the right to cancel the advertisement or reduce the number of posts at any stage.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.
