SRINAGAR: Authorities in Rajouri district have ordered the closure of all government and private schools on Wednesday in response to continuing inclement weather conditions.

The decision was taken by the Deputy Commissioner of Rajouri, who directed the move as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of students and staff amid heavy rains and the potential for weather-related disruptions.
“As per the directions of the Worthy Deputy Commissioner Rajouri and in view of the inclement weather conditions, all Government and Private schools across District Rajouri shall remain closed today, i.e., 30-07-2025,” Chief Education Officer (CEO) Rajouri has said.
Officials said the situation is being monitored closely and further advisories will be issued depending on weather developments.source Kashmir life
