The Pulwama district has invited applications for the post of Sahayikas (Anganwadi helpers) on an honorarium basis for the Anganwadi Centers of POSHAN Project Pulwama. Eligible female candidates from the Panch wards/Municipal Wards can apply for the vacancies. The interested candidates can submit their applications, along with the required documents, on or before May 31, 2023, in the office of the Child Development Project Officer Pulwama.
The applicants must have a minimum educational qualification of Matriculation to be considered for the position of Anganwadi Helper. However, if there are no matriculate candidates available in the Panch Ward/MC Ward, candidates with a qualification not less than 8th standard shall be considered for the position.
The Pulwama district aims to engage married women as Sahayikas (AWHs) for the Anganwadi Centers of POSHAN Project Pulwama to improve the health and nutritional status of the children and pregnant women in the region.
