Pursuant to Rule 33 of the J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, Shri Bhim Sen Tuti IPS (AGMUT:2004), IG, (POS) PHQ, is appointed as the Inquiry Officer to investigate the charges against Shri Fayaz Ahmad Lone (JKPS-1999), SSP, who is currently under suspension. The Inquiry Officer is directed to submit his report within thirty days from the issuance of this Government Order.

Additionally, Laeeq Ahmad Dar, Joint Director Prosecution, Crime Branch, J&K, is appointed as the Presenting Officer.
