Babar Azam Makes History with 3000 Runs in PSL ,Former Pakistan captain Babar Azam achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first player to score 3000 runs in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). He reached this feat during the 2024 campaign while playing for the Peshawar Zalmi.

Babar accomplished the milestone with a half-century, marking his 29th fifty in the tournament, as he led the charge for the Zalmi against the Quetta Gladiators. Despite his impressive 68 off 42 balls and a quickfire 42 from opener Saim Ayub, the Zalmi fell short by 16 runs while chasing a target of 207 runs.
Aside from his PSL record, Babar Azam is also approaching the milestone of 10,000 runs in T20 cricket.
