Corrigendum Notification Regarding Various Posts – JK High Court
Ref: Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2024/Psy, Dated 28.08.2024
Subject: Junior Assistants, Steno-Typists, System Officer, and System Assistants Recruitment
In reference to the advertisement notification issued for the recruitment of Junior Assistants, Steno-Typists, System Officers, and System Assistants, dated 28.08.2024, the prescribed qualifications for the post of System Officer were listed under options (a) and (b). However, the experience requirement at the end of option (b) was inadvertently omitted.

To clarify and correct this oversight, this corrigendum is issued as follows:
- Addition of Experience Requirement: For the post of System Officer, under option (b) in the prescribed qualifications column, it should be read as: “with at least five years’ experience in the grade of System Assistant.”
- Opportunity for Current Applicants: Applicants who have already submitted their applications for the post of System Officer but did not upload the required experience certificate may do so between 25.10.2024 and 08.11.2024. If the required certificate is not uploaded within this period, the application will be rejected, but the application fee will be refunded.
- Fresh Applications: Any individual who wishes to apply afresh for the post of System Officer, as per Advertisement Notification No. 06/Psy of 2024, and this corrigendum, may submit their applications from 25.10.2024 to 08.11.2024.
