SRINAGAR: A paramilitary CRPF soldier died of a heart attack in the Mendhar area of Poonch district on Wednesday.

Officials said that the soldier, posted in the BG Sector of Mendhar, complained of severe chest pain.
He has been identified as Constable Dharmveer Singh. He was shifted to hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
An official confirmed the incident and termed the death unfortunate. (GNS)
