“Dead Body Recovered from River in South Kashmir’s Shopian District”: SRINAGAR: An unidentified body was recovered from the Ranbiara river in the Bohrihalan area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Thursday morning.

An official said that locals spotted the body in Ranbiara and informed the local police unit, which reached the spot soon after.
The official said the body was shifted to a hospital for identification and other legal formalities.
Meanwhile, police have launched an investigation and are working to ascertain the identity of the deceased. (KNO)
