  • Manager (Copper Smelter):
    B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering with 8 years of experience in copper smelter operations/design. Age limit: 36 years.
  • Manager (Aluminium Smelter):
    B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering with 8 years experience in aluminium smelter operations/design. Age limit: 36 years.
  • Manager (DRI):
    Degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with 8 years of experience in DRI or Blast Furnace Plants. Age limit: 36 years.
  • Deputy Manager (Projects):
    B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 32 years.

Salary Structure:

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹2,40,000, based on the post and experience.
