Final Merit List & Selection List of Anganwadi Workers for Barnoti 2024

Key Details of Recruitment Process
- Advertisement Notice: Applications for 06 vacant posts of Sanginis (AWWs) were invited through Advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2024 dated 07-03-2024.
- Total Applications Received: 28 applications were received for the 06 vacant posts. 05 applications were rejected based on HR Policy under Govt. Orders No. 103-JK (SWD) of 2023 and No. 222-JK (SWD) of 2022.
- Merit Scrutiny: The merit list and candidate particulars were scrutinized by the Selection Committee on 24-07-2024. Provisional/Tentative Merit List and Select List were published on 31-07-2024 in leading newspapers (Amar Ujala and State Times) and displayed at key locations like Tehsil/Block/Panchayat buildings and Anganwadi Centres.
- Candidate Observations: Observations were raised against 02 candidates, which were reviewed after submission of requisite documents. After the grievance period of 10 days, no further objections were received.
- Final Approval: The Merit List (23 candidates) and Select List (06 candidates) were submitted to the Additional District Development Commissioner Kathua for approval on 05-11-2024. Approval was conveyed on 08-11-2024.

Publication of Final Lists
The Final Merit List and Final Selection List are now officially published as Annexure-A and Annexure-B, respectively. These lists are available for public reference.
Grievance/Objection Procedure
Grievance Period: Any grievances or objections must be submitted within 10 days of the issuance of this notification.
Authority for Appeal: Appeals can be made to the Deputy Commissioner, Kathua under Clause XI of the HRM Policy.
Post-Grievance Period: No grievances will be entertained after the stipulated period, and the selection will be deemed final.
