On the recontmendation of the J&K Services Selection Board endorsed by the General Administration Department and in continuation of Government Order No. 77-PW(R&B) of 2023 dated 17.02.2023, sanction is Ferely accorded to the appointment of Aamir Suhail Khan S/o Shri Muhammad Younis Khan (SI No. 1467, Roll No, 211372324157, D.O.B-01.03.1993, Domicile District-Baramulla) against the post of Multi Tasking Stafi (MIS) in the Divisional Cadre Kashmir under ALC/IB(OM) category in respective category of nomenclature of the post to be allotted by concerned Chiet Engineer/HoD in the Pay Level of SL-1 (14800-47100) in the Public Works (R&B) Department.
Consequent upon his appointment, the appointee shall report to the office of the Chiet Engineer, FW(R&D) Department, Kashmir within period of twenty one (21) days from the date or issuance of this order. In case the candidate fails to join within the stipulated time period, his/her appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio without any notice.
The appointee shall be allowed to join on production of the following documents/certificates (in original) to be verified subsequently: –
1. Academic/Qualification Certificate.
2. Matriculation/Date of Birth Certificate issued by the recognized Education Board. 3 Health certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Officer of the District
4. Domicile Certificate from the competent Authority. 5. Valid relevant Category Certificate, if any applicable.
6. That if the candidate has taken loan for self employment from DIC/Employment Department, to be ascertained from the District Industries Centre (DIC) and District Employment & Counseling Centre of the domicile District, he/she shall relinquish the proprietorship of unit/enterprise and also stakes, if any. in such self employment unit/enterprise before joining the Government service. He/she shall be required to repay the entire loan liability/in suitable EMIs to be worked out by the DDO concerned from his/her salary. DDO concerned shall obtain an affidavit from the concerned appointee regarding boh relinquishment of proprietorship and stakes, if any, in such a self employment /enterprise and recovery to be made and also personally monitor its recovery in terms of
