The J&K Services Selection Board, in accordance with Notification No. SS8- PLAN/25/2022-03 dated 21.02.2023, had previously announced the Final Selection list for “Junior Assistant/equivalent posts” as advertised in Notification No. 04, 05, 06 & 07 of 2020 and 01, 02, & 03 of 2021.
Among the selected candidates, your candidature was listed under the SC category in the aforementioned Selection List. However, your selection was conditional upon the submission of the Category Certificate in the prescribed format.
Despite the passage of a significant amount of time, you have not submitted the required documents, leading to a pending status for your case. In light of this, the matter was reviewed during the 232 Board Meeting, and it was decided to grant you one final opportunity to submit all relevant documents.
Through this notice, you are hereby granted a 7-day window to submit the necessary documents to the J&K Services Selection Board. You can choose to submit these documents either at CPO Chowk, Panjbirthi, Jammu, or Zam Zam Complex, Rambagh, Srinagar, based on your convenience.
Failure to provide the required documents within this stipulated period will result in the cancellation of your withheld recommendation for the aforementioned post.
