Final Selection List of AWHs Darhal

NOTICE

Whereas, vide advertisement notification No.01 of 2024,Dated:-03-02-2024 , 06(Six) number of posts of Sahayikas(Anganwadi Helper) were advertised for filling up of the vacant posts in Poshan Project Darhal in pursuance of HR Policy as notified Vide Govt. order No:- 103-JK(SWD) of 2023,dated:-28-04-2023 read with Govt. Order No:- 222- JK(SWD of 2022, dated:-30-11-2022 ; and.

Whereas,15 number of applications were received for the vacant posts of Anganwadi Helpers (Sahayikas ) , for various anganwadi centers in different Panchayats of Poshan Project Budhal, as on last date of receipt of application i.e.13-02-2024;and

Whereas, the tentative merit list along with select list was placed in public domain for seeking objection within a period of 10 days, vide notice No:-CDPO/Darhal/2023-24/999-1005,Dated:-09-03-2024.and

Whereas, after lapse of 10 days of objection period as on 19-03-2024 , one objection was received and accordingly list was placed before the Selection Committee for further consideration of the committee; and

Whereas, the Selection Committee recommended the final select list of 06 candidates as detailed in Annexure”A” and 15 candidates in Merit List as detailed in Annexure”B” in terms of eligibility conditions as notified in HRM policy and instructions issued by Mission Director ,Mission Poshan J&K Jammu vide Letter No:- SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2023-24/21349-72,dated:-14-07-2023;and

Now ,therefore ,the final Selection List of 06 candidates, as Annexure”A” along with merit List as Annexure”B” is hereby notified , in term of HRM Policy in pursuance of Govt. Order No:-103-JK(SWD) of 2023,dated:-28-04-2023 read with Govt. Order No 222- JK(SWD of 2022 and instructions issued by Mission Director ,Mission Poshan J&K Jammu vide Letter No:- SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2023-24/21349-72,dated:-14-07-2023 for information of the concerned candidates.

Further ,in terms of Clause-XI of HRM policy/ aforementioned Govt. Order, ,where a candidate feel aggrieved with the selection ,may file an appeal before the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri within a period of 10 days from the date of issuance of this notification.
