How to Apply?
The application process will be completed online only. Applicants can visit the official website of the GDC&H, Srinagar https://gdcsrinagar.org/ to submit their applications. The application fee is Rs. 700/-.
CONDITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY: 1. The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellationand modification to this advertisement as a whole or in part without
assigning any reason or giving notice.
- The online form of the candidates shall be accepted provisionally subject to verification
- The in-service doctors shall be allowed to participate in the selection process only with the prior permission of the Administrative Department as per the policy/
guidelines issued by the Govt, vide Order No. 164-ME of 2012 dated 02.03.2012 followed by Govt. Order No. 474-HME of 2014 dated: 11-08-2014 & Circular No. 58-JK
(HME) of 2022 dated: 18-11-2022.
- The in-service applicant has to forward his/her application form through proper channel. 5.In-service candidate if selected shall be on deputation for three (3) years asper SRO-75 dated 15-04-1993.
- The
non-service applicant shall be engaged on academic arrangement basis as per terms and conditions of 5.0 364 dated: 27-11-2020.
7.The appointee shall be entitled the salary as applicable under 5.0-364 dated 27-11-2020
- The Maximum age for non-service applicants at the time of submission of application should be 50 years.

The applicant should have completed BDS/MDS from the Institution recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI)
- Those doctors who have already completed their tenure/working as Registrar/Tutor/Demonstrator/St. Residentship after their Post Graduation in any Dental/Medical
institution of the country within or outside the UT need not to apply and their application forms shall not be considered.
11 . The applicants who have earlier been appointed as Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor in any discipline in the institution as recognised/approved by Dental Council of
India, but have not completed their tenure for one reason or the other shall not be considered.
- In case any declaration by the candidates is found to be false or if the candidate has willfully suppressed any material/information relevant to his/her appointment, his/her selection will be cancelled ab-initio and action as warranted under rules shall be initiated against the erring candidates.
- The candidates shall abide by all the instructions issued by the Administrative Department as well as Dental Council of India from time to time in this regard. 14. The selected candidates shall have to execute an agreement as mentioned in
SO 364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020 and that he/she will not leave the Department before the completion of tenure (six months), however abandoning/terminating after six months of the engagement in the specialty will require one month prior notice on either side failing which the salary shall not be paid for one month to the.
