Professor
- Pay Scale: ₹1,59,100 – ₹2,20,200 (Academic Pay Level 14A)
- Qualification: Ph.D. with an excellent academic record and at least 10 years of teaching/research/industrial experience, including four years as an Associate Professor.
Associate Professor
- Pay Scale: ₹1,39,600 – ₹2,11,300 (Academic Pay Level 13A2)
- Qualification: Ph.D. with an excellent academic record and at least six years of experience, including three years as an Assistant Professor.
Assistant Professor (Grade I)
- Pay Scale: ₹1,01,500 – ₹1,67,400 (Academic Pay Level 12)

Assistant Professor (Grade II)

Visiting Professor/Retired Professors (on Contract)

- Qualification: Ph.D. with proven teaching and research experience. Retired professors are encouraged to mentor junior faculty and researchers.
