New Delhi: Team India has reached the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup 2022.  With this, all the four semi-final teams in the World Cup have been selected.  While the Pakistan team will take on New Zealand on November 9, the Indian team will face England on November 10.  Team India will have a chance to create history by reaching the final of the T20 World Cup.

 Indian team can create history

If the Indian team goes to the final after beating England then it will become the first team to reach the final most (3) times.  The Indian team won its first title in 2007.  After this, in 2014 also Team India made it to the final.  However, he had to face defeat against Sri Lanka.  Pakistan and England have also reached the final twice each.  Whereas New Zealand reached the final in T20 World Cup 2021 last year.  Where he had to face defeat against Australia.  However, Team India’s challenge against England will not be easy.

Team India’s upper hand

 Both the teams have played three matches so far in the T20 World Cup.  In which Team India has the upper hand.  Indian team has won 2 and England has won one match.  Team India won by 18 runs against England in the 2007 World.  In 2009, the Indian team had to face defeat by 3 runs.

At the same time, in 2012, both the teams were face-to-face, in which Team India registered a banging victory by 90 runs.  In this match, Rohit Sharma scored 55 not out in 33 balls.  While Virat Kohli scored 40 runs in 32 balls and Gautam Gambhir scored 45 runs in 38 balls.  The highest score made by England is 200 runs while India’s highest score is 218 runs.  Obviously, the fans of Team India would like to see England defeat once again.

Adelaide Oval Pitch Report

 This match will be played at the Adelaide Oval from 1.30 pm on 10th November.  So far the average score on this pitch has been 160-165 runs.  However, it can give an advantage to the team batting later.  The match between Pakistan and Bangladesh was played on this ground.  In which Bangladesh failed to score big and could only manage 127 runs.  In reply, Pakistan achieved this target in 18.1 overs.

If captain Rohit Sharma wins the toss against England, he should choose to bowl as it helps the bowlers on this ground.  This pitch is not very good for batting.
