Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) is inviting applications from highly motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Research Assistant (RA). Position Details

Position Name: Research Assistant (RA)
Monthly Salary: Rs. 18,000/- (Consolidated)
Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with at least 60% marks.

General Instructions

1. Temporary Position: The Research Assistant position is purely temporary and will end with the completion of the project. Candidates cannot claim regular appointments in the university.
2. Contract Termination: The university reserves the right to terminate the contract of non-performing candidates without prior notice.
3. Document Verification: Eligible candidates must bring original certificates and one attested copy of all testimonials at the time of the interview.
4. No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending the interview.
5. Original Documents Required: Candidates must produce original documents related to their qualifications and experience at the time of the interview.
6. University Rights: The university reserves the right to defer or not fill the advertised position without assigning any reason.
7. Notice Period: In case a candidate wishes to withdraw, they must serve a one-month notice period or forfeit one month’s salary.
8. Terms & Conditions: The service terms and conditions will be governed by the university’s rules and regulations and those of the funding agency, with amendments as applicable.
