SRINAGAR: The Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) has announced scheduled power outages across multiple areas in Jammu on February 22, 23, and 24 due to maintenance and upgradation work
According to the Chief Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL, the power supply to Kathua Town, Kalibari, Shaheedi Chowk, Patel Nagar, Shastri Nagar, PHE, and adjoining areas will remain affected on February 23 from 10 am to 5 pm. Similarly, Logate (Industrial Area), Kumri Kathera, MES Janglote, IIDC, Govindsor, Changran, Nagri, Palli, Nicer Paper Mill, and nearby localities will face power cuts on February 23 from 10 am to 4 pm.
Additionally, power supply to Katal-Brahmna, Katal-Gujran, Sherpur, Londi, and surrounding areas will remain suspended on February 23 from 10 am to 5 pm. Meanwhile, Bhoond, Bani, Duggan, Basohli, Mahanpur, JNV, PHE, Saman Jandrota, and nearby areas will experience power shutdown on both February 22 and 23 from 9 am to 5 pm.

The Superintending Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL, O&M Circle Kathua has also informed that the power supply to Naryanpur, Barnoti, Flote, Mahichack, Sakta Chack, and adjoining areas will be affected on February 23 from 8 am to 12 noon. Likewise, power outages are scheduled in Logate Industry, Sahar, Sher Kotla, Kumri, Kathera, Boura, Bhed Blode, and nearby locations on February 23 from 8 am to 2 pm.
Furthermore, Old Mawa and its adjoining areas will face a power cut on February 22 from 7 am to 1 pm, while Vijaypur Industry and Old Vijaypur will experience disruptions on February 22, 23, and 24 from 7 am to 1 pm.
