JK Bank is looking to fill four positions of FLC Counsellor, with one each at the FLCC Centres in Ganderbal, Pulwama, Rajouri, and Srinagar.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for the position must have the following qualifications and experience:
Educational Qualification: Must be a graduate with experience in banking or related fields. A sound knowledge of banking, law, finance, agriculture, and allied activities is essential.
Experience: Should have requisite communication and team-building skills. Knowledge of the local language is essential. Working knowledge of computers is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in conducting financial literacy camps and to honorably retired J&K Bank officers not below the rank of Scale-III.
Remuneration and Benefits
The selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 22,000/-. In addition, monthly conveyance, mobile/telephone charges, and performance-linked incentives will be payable.
The maximum age limit for candidates is 65 years as on 01.01.2024. This age limit applies to the first day/date of the calendar year in which the contract is to be renewed.
Contract Tenure
The contract duration is 12 months from the effective date and is renewable up to a maximum period of 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance and annual appraisal/review. If either party decides to discontinue the contract, one month’s notice or equivalent salary in lieu thereof is required.
