The Jammu and Kashmir Government has issued a fresh administrative order making key changes in the postings of senior officers in the interest of smooth governance.

According to Government Order No. 867-JK(GAD) of 2025 dated July 8, 2025:
- Mr. Ghulam Rasool Mir (JKAS), who was serving as the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) of Baramulla, has been transferred and appointed as Special Secretary in the School Education Department.
- Mr. Roshan Lal (JKAS), who was earlier under transfer orders as ADDC Rajouri, will now take over as Additional District Development Commissioner, Doda, filling an existing vacancy.
The transfers take effect immediately as per the General Administration Department of Jammu and Kashmir.
