Second/Mop-Up Round for Physical Counselling for FMPHW & MMPHW Admission 2024
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has announced the conduct of the Second/Mop-Up Round for Physical Counselling for the upgradation/allotment of seats in 10th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses (FMPHW & MMPHW) in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.

Counselling Details
Following Notification No. 142-BOPEE of 2024, dated 18-10-2024, the JKBOPEE has received a shortfall from various colleges across J&K. To fill these shortfall seats along with those left unfilled during the first round, the Board has set up a Second/Mop-Up Round for Physical Upgradation/Allotment Counselling as per the schedule below:
Key Instructions for Candidates
- Counselling Registration
Eligible and willing candidates should report to JKBOPEE offices in Jammu/Srinagar for registration from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the counselling day. - Reserved Categories
The counselling for Horizontal and Reserved Category candidates will take place on 06-11-2024. Any unfilled reserved category seats will be converted to Open Merit (OM) in line with Section 9(2) of the J&K Reservation Act, 2004. - Required Documents
Candidates must bring the following original documents for verification on the day of counselling:
- Domicile Certificate
- 10th Marks Card
- Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Counselling Fee
Candidates participating for the first time must pay a counselling fee of Rs. 1000/- via Debit/Credit Card through POS Machines available at the JKBOPEE office. Failure to pay the fee will result in disqualification from the counselling process. - Previously Allotted Candidates
Candidates who have already been allotted a seat and joined the respective institution do not need to attend this Second/Mop-Up Round. However, candidates interested in upgrading their seat should bring proof of fee payment from their current institution. - Late Attendance or Missing Initial Counselling
Candidates who could not attend previous counselling or opted for C.N.A./S.N.A. are eligible to participate in this Mop-Up Round for upgradation. - Allotment Availability
Candidates should stay at the Board office after their turn as seats may open up due to cancellations or shifts during the counselling process.
