Key Highlights of the Notification

Following the re-revised NEET-UG 2024 result declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA), JKBOPEE has issued a tentative roll number-wise list based on the data received from the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.

  • Online Registration and Document Verification: Candidates were required to register and upload their documents on the JKBOPEE website from 19th August 2024 to 23rd August 2024. The uploaded documents have been scrutinized, and several observations were noted.
  • Provisional Approval: Candidates with deficient applications due to missing documents such as Domicile Certificates, Date of Birth (D.O.B.) proof, 12th Class Marks Cards, and Compulsory Service Bonds for Ladakh candidates have been provisionally approved. These candidates will be allowed to participate in the counseling process, provided they submit all required documents at the time of admission.
  • Gender Corrections: Candidates must verify their gender information and report any corrections to the JKBOPEE office in Jammu or Srinagar by 27th August 2024.
  • Sports Category Candidates: A rank-wise list of candidates under the Sports Category has been prepared, but it does not guarantee a seat. The merit for these candidates will be determined based on a 60:40 ratio of NEET merit and sports merit.
  • Deficient Category Certificates: Candidates with deficient reserved category certificates must submit valid certificates by 27th August 2024, or they will be considered under the open merit category.
  • EWS Certificates: Candidates who have submitted EWS certificates in the central format must submit valid EWS certificates as per SRO 518 of 2019 by 27th August 2024.
  • PwD Certificates: Candidates who have uploaded their own PwD certificates are provisionally included in the merit list. The genuineness of these certificates will be verified by the respective college authority at the time of admission.

Inviting Objections

Candidates who wish to raise objections regarding their assigned positions in the PML (Annexure-A & B) must do so by 27th August 2024 (till 03:00 P.M.). After this deadline, no objections will be entertained, and the merit list will be considered final.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Document Submission: Candidates must ensure that all required documents are submitted before the specified deadline. No documents will be accepted through email or WhatsApp.
  • Stay Updated: Candidates are advised to regularly check the official JKBOPEE website for updates on the counseling schedule and other notifications.
