For the information of everybody involved, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education released a notification stating that the candidates listed below for Higher Secondary Part-1 (Class 11th), Session Annual (Private)/Bi-annual, 2023, and the deferred case for Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) Session Annual Regular, 2021, Winter Zone, are allegedly using unfair means or misbehaving in the examination centres. They are therefore required to appear before the Committee for review and resolution of Unfair means/misconduct cases.
strictly in accordance with the schedule below in the Joint Secretary’s Office Chambers, Secrecy ID, at their own expense to defend themselves against the charges brought against them; if they fail to do so, it will be assumed that they have no say in the matter, and the Subcommittee’s decision, which will be final and binding on them, will be based on the records and reports that are available.
