JKGAD: Promotion of Junior Scale Officers to Time Scale of JKAS
The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has sanctioned the promotion of the following Junior Scale officers to the Time Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) in Pay Level 11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700). This promotion will be effective on a notional basis from January 1, 2025, and on a regular basis from February 7, 2025.
As a result of this promotion, the officers listed at Serial Numbers 10, 11, 12, 19, 28, 29, 33, 34, 36, 38, 39, 48, 49, 56, 62, 63, 65, 72, and 74 are hereby designated as Deputy Secretary in their respective departments. The remaining officers will continue in their current postings until further orders.
This promotion is subject to the final outcome of any pending writ petitions before the competent courts.
