The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), through Notification No. JKSSB/COEOEXAM(UT)/21/2024-06 (7483967) dated 12-06-2024, has published the result and score-sheet of candidates who participated in the OMR-based written examination held on 02-06-2024 for various Graduate Level Posts.

JKSSB Announces Results for Junior Scale Stenographer/Steno Typist Posts
To ensure that all vacancies are filled efficiently, candidates who fall under the consideration zone for the posts listed in Annexure “A” of this notification are required to appear in person for document verification. They must present themselves before the designated Document Verification Committees of the Board at the specified venue and according to the provided schedule.
Special Instructions for Missing Advertisement/Item Numbers
If any candidate’s name or roll number is missing from Annexure “B” concerning a particular item number or advertisement notification, they must submit a clubbing request in the prescribed format (Annexure C). This must be done on 23-10-2024 or 24-10-2024 at either the JKSSB Central Office, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu, or the JKSSB Central Office, Zamzam Complex, Rambagh, Srinagar. No further claims will be accepted after the deadline or through any other means.
Documents Required for Verification
Candidates must bring the following original documents along with one set of self-attested copies to the Document Verification Committee:
- Copy of the application form.
- Two recent passport-size color photographs.
- One original photo ID proof (Aadhar card, Voter ID, PAN card, Passport, etc.).
- Date of Birth certificate (10th-grade diploma/marks sheet).
- Valid category certificate (if applicable).
- Domicile certificate.
- Marks sheet of Matric/Matric with Science.
- Graduation degree.
- Relevant qualifications/certificates/diplomas/experience certificates as per the advertisement.
- Bonafide certificate (for qualifications obtained outside J&K UT) issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned institute.
- Checklist form (Annexure D) to be submitted during document verification.
- Order of preferences for various posts (Annexure E) to be submitted offline to the Document Verification Committees.
Candidates who fail to appear for the document verification at the designated time and venue will not be given another opportunity.
