Subject: Hiring of contractual staff for Addiction Treatment Facilities (ATFs) under on prescribed format for District Hospitals of Ganderbal, Pulwama, Budgam, Shopian,
Bandipora and Kulgam
Application forms are invited from the eligible candidates of UT of J&K for engagement against the following sanctioned posts for Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) at District Hospitals of Ganderbal, Pulwama, Budgam, Shopian, Bandipora & Kulgam, approved by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MoSJE), Government of India and nationally coordinated by National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, initially for the period of one year, extendable on yearly basis, subject to good performance & conduct or till continuation of sponsored scheme, whichever is earlier.

- The candidate must be PRC/domicile of J&K UT.
- The consolidated honorarium per month shall be inclusive of all allowances and benefits to be
conveyed by NDDTC, AIIMS, New Delhi.
- The selection of candidate for each post shall be as per criteria notified in this advertisement.
- All engagements shall be purely on contractual basis and non-transferable.
EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
- Initial term of contract shall be for the remaining period of financial year or till continuation of centrally
sponsored scheme whichever is earlier.
- The posts are contractual and do not confer any right for the selected candidates to claim for permanent absorption in the department. The selected candidate shall have to submit an affidavit of First Class Judicial magistrate to the effect that he/she shall not claim for any regular appointment/extension in the department.
- The engagement can be terminated on account of non/poor performance without any notice keeping in view the public health importance of the programme.
- No candidate is eligible for TA/DA
- Emphasis shall be given for selection of candidates as per district-wise merit. However, in case of non- availability of suitable eligible candidate from the concerned district, selection will be made from the Divisional-level merit list.
- The candidate shall have to give one month advance notice before leaving the job.
- Minimum percentage of marks required for consideration for selection in any case will be 50% of maximum marks of written test.
- In case of candidates having same points in aggregate the candidates with higher academic merit will be considered for selection.
- If academic merit is also equal then candidates with older age will be considered for selection.
- Maximum age limit for applying is up to 48 years as on 01.01.2024.
- The date, time, venue and other information with respect to screening test/ written test shall be notified separately.
- Applications not accompanied with necessary supported documents shall be rejected summarily.
Instructions for submitting applications: Candidates are required to submit the application forms in the prescribed format along with relevant documents in the office of Medical Superintendents of concerned District Hospitals for which the candidate intends to apply.

Registration Certificate from MCI/State Medical Council/J&K State Nursing & Paramedical Council
- 4. D.O.B Certificate.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Experience certificate if any.
EDUCATIONAL SERVICES 7. One passport size self attested photograph to be affixed on the application form and one spare photograph to be submitted along with the form.
