July 27: The Union Territory administration in Ladakh has accorded sanction for the establishment of State/UT, District, and Block Level PMMVY Committees to oversee the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) scheme. These committees will review and monitor the scheme’s progress, enhancing coordination and convergence among relevant departments.
