Ladakh Administration Assigns Additional Charges to Two JKAS Officers

The Ladakh Administration has assigned additional responsibilities to two JKAS officers. According to information available with Cross Town News, Jigmet Raftan, currently serving as Under Secretary, will oversee the Social and Tribal Welfare Department. Meanwhile, Atul Singh Mankotia, also an Under Secretary, has been tasked with managing Higher Education, Technical Education, and Skill Development. These assignments will remain in effect until further notice.
