Important Details for Selected Candidates

1. Reporting Timeframe:
   • The selected candidate must report to the office of the Principal, GMC Kathua within 07 days of the issuance of this order.
2. Salary Disbursement:
   • Salary will be disbursed only after the satisfactory character and antecedent verification reports are received from CID, J&K.
3. Document Submission:
   • The selected candidate must bring 02 office files and 02 sets of self-attested photocopies of the following documents at the time of joining:
     • Educational Qualification Certificates
     • MBBS/BDS and Postgraduate Degree Certificates
     • Registration Certificates (State/National Medical or Dental Council)
     • Domicile Certificate
     • Date of Birth Certificate
     • Character Certificate
     • Any other relevant documents
4. CID Verification Form:
   • Candidates are required to fill and submit the CID verification forms within 07 days of receiving an SMS from CID Headquarters.
   • It is advised to thoroughly review the form before submission to avoid delays caused by incomplete or incorrect entries.
